This subject focuses on surveying core skills and setting yourself up for continuous self-development and learning. As you reflect on your own style and strengths – and those of others – you will improve your leadership and management skills, particularly those skills that ensure you are able to cope with today’s increasingly dynamic and complex global business environment.

Assessment
Assessment for this course will occur at various times across the seven-week study period. Tasks may include online quizzes, discussion board activity, portfolio development, case studies, reflection, literature reviews presentations and reports. Feedback will be provided to you throughout the study period as well as a final grade at the conclusion of the study period.
